"Each book begins with a skeleton— leg bones, a ribcage, arm bones, a skull. That's the first step, the chapter outline. Then we put flesh on the bones—details, insights, little stories, explanation—until one day your story is a book, ready to go out into the world on its own."
Holly James

Working with us means sitting down with someone who is wholeheartedly interested in your ideas and insights, someone who never gets bored, someone who engages with what you have to say and asks the questions that will clarify and deepen your message. We turn your content into quality, professional-level writing.

How It Works

Our book ghostwriting service begins with you contacting us for your free consultation so that we can assess your needs and time frame. Once we’ve assessed what service level is right for you, we’ll give you a cost breakdown of your service package.

Next, we’ll schedule up to 15 interviews with you. These interviews will help us find your voice, draw out your best ideas, and form your book’s structure and themes. Our ghostwriter will work with you to make sure your ideas are presented in the way you want. We’ll listen closely to the messages you want to convey, to your stories, and to your ideas about the book you want to share with the world. We’ll also push you to take your book as far as you can, making your ideas as clear, sharp, and engaging as possible.

Our ghostwriters have experience creating fiction as well as nonfiction, in many genres (from novels to children's books, self-help books to academic and educational books, corporate stories to personal memoirs) and in many subject areas (spirituality, business, science, health, and psychology, to name just a few). We will help you build the book you’ve always known you had on the tip of your pen but could never quite put down into the right words. We'll work closely with you to make sure your book is just right.

We’ll edit and proofread the manuscript to remove any mistakes and make sure the text is error-free. You’ll have a chance to review the text and make any changes or corrections you feel are needed. Then, once the writing phase of the project is completed, and you’ve approved your manuscript, you can take it to a publisher or agent—or you choose to self-publish. We can't help you decide which is the best route for you, and give you some advice to get you started on either path.

If you decide, to self-publish, we offer those services as well. We can produce your book for physical and digital (e-book) formats. We'll give your book a professional design. (It won't look self-published!) We’ll also design a professional-quality cover for your book, working with our team of experienced and talented graphic designers. Finally, we’ll make sure your book is ready for printing and ready for sale on Amazon, delivering to you the book’s digital files, which can be taken to any printer. We can also coordinate printing your book, either as print-on-demand or in larger print runs (and we'll explain the costs, advantages, and drawbacks of each).
